Seville nodded briskly in agreement. His nerves were calming a little; he didn’t need to add to the tension in the air in any fashion. He had never blundered into such a large group of dogs who seemed so ready to jump one another. A little forethought would be handy next time, he reminded himself, before directing his next statement towards the grayed female.
”Neither can I. I’m not much for violence, fighting, any of it. Ain’t how I was raised,” he said with the slightest hint of bitterness in his voice. Not towards the dogs at hand but towards memories of his lost home and family. He then shook himself a bit and narrowed his eyes in thought. ”This…isn’t a pack, is it? Y’all just strangers here by some happenstance?”
{it’s sooo short. I’m sorry!}

Spyke nodded. "Violence is gross." She chuckled. Though she truly did believe that, she had to admit, she found fighting quite intriguing at times. She then focused on his question. "Uh," She thought about her answer a moment. "I think it's safe to say this is not a pack..." She mumbled as she looked over the group again. Not like any pack I have ever seen; that's for sure...
(Lol, no worries. That post length is fine! :3)

Twisted snarled in return at the Aussie. "If were going to be a pack, then I'm going to be at lead. If you want my help, then in return I'm leader." she snapped her words, and then shook her head. "Look. I know we are all in a tough spot, with the humans gone and everything. So lets...try to...get along." those words felt like someone had thrown a large chunk of rat crap in her mouth. And yes, unfortunately, she knew what it taste like.
"Lets find a better place than downtown. More than likely, if we find a decent meal, it wont be here. Stick together, behind me. Spyke, you take up the back and make sure no one wanders off. Fusu, you can come right behind me. I don't want you to get distracted and piss someone off, and make me have to defend you." As Twisted spoke these orders, she said it with authority. Her alpha genes were kicking in. If I'm really going to lead this pack, I'm going to have to attempt to be...nice. Being nice was a big change. But that didn't mean she would let anyone tread on her toes.
"And Serville, feel free to follow. Just remember who's runnin' this town."
--- I will move this thread to another section in the town we will go to. ---
MOVED TO ABANDONED FACTORY.
*****
As Twisted walked through the city, she finally came to her favorite place to play, sleep, and rarely eat. If there was mice anywhere, here was the place. She waited for the others now.

Fusu did what he did best, stay in the background and take everything in. Before he knew it yet another dog had joined them. But this one was male. FINALLY getting some more guys in here. Fusu thought to himself. "Uh, well nice to meet ya, Seville, I'm Fusu." He introduced, then quickly darted in Twisted's direction towards the factory. (Sorry this is lame + short, I don't think I should have gone to bed last night lmfao. )

Spyke frowned. Something about being ordered around didn't really appeal to her. She wasn't sure if she actually wanted to be in this pack, but, for the time being, she'd go along with it. She lagged behind, probably staying back farther than Twisted intended. She was most definitely not a group-oriented kind of dog; she liked to do things her own way.
Before Spyke realized it, the group had come up to an abandoned factory. She looked over the building, not sure if she trusted its stability. She sniffed at the air; she could smell a lot of different things, ranging from mice and other small creatures that hid in the building to the machines and the remnants of the oil they once ran on from when the humans were alive.

Tank stood there watching the action unfold before him, he watched the pit walk up warely, laughing softly to himself knowing he hasnt been noticed. Yawning a bit he glanced back at his kill, stomach yelling once more at him. His mind calling him a fool.
Ignoring most of what went on, he turned slowly to slip away but paused when the rottie told him of a better area with possiable food. Cursing himself he grunted a bit, " Fine..take me" he glanced back at the aussie who seemed to not know her place and was getting herself into a mess, that was the way of aussies and yet he loved it. Shaking his head holding back another laugh he once more looked to the pit. That was when he heard the rottie taking commands and leading alpha role.. he hasnt been with such a large group, he growled " no one leads me.. i may follow but you are not my alpha.." he cooled his tone though.. not wanting to start another possiable fight..
slowly he followed her..
he slowed seeing the factory. Growling as memories flooded into his mind he jerked back causing someone to run into him. He hated large white buildings. Staring he remembered his little girl human friend and growled louder this time.. stood there with a paw up..just staring..his massive body tense.

Fusu had finally reached Twisted and took his usual place beside her. He watched as Spyke and Tank came up one by one. Fusu jumped suddenly when an unexpected growl was released by Tank, he seemed to be caught up in his memories, but were they good or bad. Fusu continued to watch silently as Tank's body tensed up and he growled, louder this time. "What's the matter, Tank?" Fusu asked, attempting to bring Tank out of his trance. (IT'S SO SHORT again fff sorry I've never been good at roleplaying with paragraphs... I'm a chat person. )

Fedele rolled her eyes as Twissted gave the others orders to follow her, but didn't argue because she knew it would only cause her more trouble. She let out a small sigh and she continued to follow the others to where they were being taken. Not far up ahead Fedele noticed the tall white building, and she looked over to Tank who was not too far behind her, who had let out a growl of some sort. Walking a bit slower Fedele looked at him with some concern for her new friend. "Is everything okay, you seem a bit upset." she said with a frown.
Fedele nudged Tank in the side, trying to make the best of the conversation. " At least we have each other now..." she said with a smile. "Sometimes I think about how great life would still be, but somehow in the end we're all left with nothing.". Fedele shook her head and tried to not to remember her human companion. The abandoned factory was just as empty as the last city that they were in, which gave her little hope of finding any proper food.

(It's ok, mine are small too xD)
Twisted decided not to retaliate when Tank told her no one leads him. She simply ignored it. She then heard growling; a few weak ones, and then a large, more threatening one. "What's the matter? No one is hear but us, the factory, and some yummy mice. You coming?" Her ears strained to listen for anyone else.
Nope...they were alone alright. What was he so mad at? Twisted looked at his expressions. They were confusing, so she read his eyes. Tank was deep in thought; so she decided to let him think about it alone.
"So. Lets go inside...shall we?" She walked though the doors silently, hoping to not scare any possible prey away. "Make yourself at home, just make sure you leave the crapping and peeing to the outside." As Twisted spoke, she made her way to a pile of mashed cardboard boxes. It was just big enough to hold two other dogs comfortably. Feeling pretty tired, she went to the pile and let her body lay on top of it.

Fedele followed Twisted and the others into the factory. She looked around at her surroundings, hoping to get a better idea of where everything was. GGgrrrr went her stomach once more. Looking over at Twisted who had made herself comfortable on a cardboard box, she decided that despite the fact she was exhausted too, the only thing that she could think of was her empty stomach. Fedele decided that it was time to go explore the factory. She walked slowly, ears perked up from her cranium, as she listened cautiously for any danger that might be near. Stopping for a second she looked back at the others who were just a feet away, wondering what would of happened if she didn't run into her strange group of friends. Are they my friends? she asked herself this as if it was a trick question.
A loud squeak and the sound of tiny little claws against the ground made Fedele forget what she was talking about. From living on a farm she knew that it was what she was hoping it would be. Rats! Hunching down, Fedele made her way over to the rats, making sure that she didn't make a sudden move that would startle her food. From the corner of her eye she saw not one, but two, three, four....there must of been 10 of them! Sitting in a corner just minding their own business. Fedele stood there staring at the rats, a small pool of drool started to dribble down her mouth.
Moving closer she hid behind a box that was just inches away from the rats. GRGRGRGRG went her stomach once again, causing the rats to look up and dash into the general direction of where she was hiding. Jumping out from behind her hide out place, Fedele let out a loud bark, and she started to herd the rats into the direction of where the other dogs were laying. "STAMPEDE!!" she barked loudly.

Spyke snarled when Tank stop short, causing her to run into him. "Dude, it's called walking. It's not that hard." She spat as she trudged around him. As she entered the building, she sniffed at the air for a second time, and the smell she got wasn't very pleasing. Her attention was redirected from the smells as the Australian Shepherd, Fidele, yelled something. She looked over to see a mob of mice scurrying towards her. She frowned; she didn't feel like hunting at the moment. Stepping out of the way, she let the mice run by her, along with Fidele, before she wandered over to a corner and plopped down.

{I’m quite behind XD}
Seville hung back around the dog who had introduced herself as Spyke since, as yet, she was the most familiar. He still felt a tension within the group, like they were all ready to break apart and fight. The alpha female seemed to be the most comfortable giving orders, however, plus seemed the most knowledgeable of the area. For now, he would not voice up against her orders. I guess I can be a good little soldier for a while, til I figure out if I can trust her. Or any of them.
The blue-mottled aussie’s shrill voice interrupted his brooding thoughts. His ears pricked up with interest at her quick moves, directing the rats towards the group. Never in all his life had he seen something like that. He’d seen a dog work sheep in a similar manner, but sheep were slow, large brutes without many brain cells to rub together. Never in all my life’ve I heard of rat herdin’. Strange new world… He admired her quick footwork with a twinge of envy. He may be strong and have the eyes of a hawk, with color to match them, but he’d never be as agile as this young female.

Twisted shot up. "Rats? Are you crazy? They will poison you...actually, forget I said anything." She allowed the aussie to shoot past her, along with the rats. "Great. Not only have you chased rats, you probably scared away anything else we can actually eat. Congrats."
Looking over to a corner, she saw Spyke. Twisted assumed it was probably a good idea to make friends with this gal. "Hey Spyke, you look a little lonely. Want to sit over here?" She pointed to he open spot beside her with her maw. "You should come join us too, Tank." She'd also like to know Tank a little more. Not just because he could probably fight; but she didn't see many male dogs she really took a liking to these days. Maybe she could establish a promising friendship. He reminded her of her dad.
The only thing is, she hadn't decided if that was a good thing, or a bad thing.

Spyke blinked and let Twisted's offer settle. She thought about it for a few moments. Might as well. She's one of the only people here I actually like. Her and the runt. She sighed as she stood up and slowly made her way over to the box. She slowly laid down again, resting her head on her paws as she looked over the odd little group. She could tell it would take a while, if ever, for these dogs to grow on her.

Seville had to laugh at the alpha female’s retort to the spastic actions of the young aussie. He might not be one for violence but he did appreciate dark humor. He settled down to watch the action, trying to get a feel for a group dynamic. It was obvious that Twist was the leader; no questions asked. He had to wonder at Tank’s motives. Wonder if he’s in it for his own gain or in it to band together and help us all out. I can’t tell yet.
Seville heard Twist’s invitation of the other two and narrowed his eyes thoughtfully. She showed them preference; he wondered if she would come around to them more than the others, seek their opinions of where to go or what to do. He suspected that the totem of power was already falling into place, and briefly wondered where he fit in, in the big picture.
